Business Agent
An AI concierge that answers a business's WhatsApp and Telegram customers from its own catalogue, takes orders, and hands over what it shouldn't decide.
The problem
Small businesses lose customers in slow chat replies, but a chatbot that improvises prices or promises is worse than none.
The approach
The model proposes, code disposes: every model output is validated against the tenant's catalogue and policy before anything is sent. A Durable Object owns each conversation, replies go through an exactly-once outbox, and each tenant pins its own model policy.
